Mohammed Yusuf Khan, (11 December 1922 – 7 July 2021), known professionally as Dilip Kumar, was an Indian actor, film producer and philanthropist, best known for his work in Hindi cinema. Later referred as "The First Khan", he has been credited for bringing a distinct form of method acting technique to cinema. Kumar holds the record for most wins for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor and was also the inaugural recipient of the award.
