joan i luv u on fashion police too funny


Joan Rivers has a wonderful comedic persona and prescence. It`s not so much what she says but the way she says it. It`s what I call `The New York Schtick.` Example: Can We Talk is not that funny, but when she said it with The New York Schtick, then it was hilarious.
