Katie Sowers (born August 7, 1986) is an American football assistant coach. She has been an offensive assistant coach with the San Francisco 49ers since 2017. Sowers began her American football career playing in the Women's Football Alliance. Upon her retirement, Sowers joined the National Football League in 2016 as a coach for the Atlanta Falcons training camp.
