He has a career-high doubles ranking of No. 3 reached on 14 July 2025 and a singles ranking of No. 282 reached on 25 July 2016. Glasspool won the 2025 Wimbledon title with Julian Cash, becoming the first all-British team to win the title in 89 years. He has won an additional ten ATP Tour and five ATP Challenger doubles titles.
