Arlen Shirva can't confirm the date because it isn't true. Shana Mangatal got her friend to go on fan forums to lie & say she seen Michael Jackson and Shana Mangatal together, in 2016 that same friend came back to the board where she first lied & told us that Shana her friend got her to make up those false claims and provided emails between herself and Shana that proved Michael Jackson wasn't with Shana, let alone looking at her. Shana ended up deactivated her FB account for a short time to try and hide the evidence of her lies but if you search for those emails, you'll see for yourself that this story is of Shana and Michael together at David Coppefileds show is completely false.
